Structure and Composition

• The NM-type rubber coupling mainly consists of two cast iron half-couplings and an intermediate rubber elastomer.
• The rubber elastomer, namely "NM rubber coupling spider", is spider-like in shape, usually with multiple claw-like structures that can match the convex claws of the half-couplings, playing a role in connecting and transmitting torque.
• "NM rubber element" refers to the rubber components that make up the elastomer, which are the key parts for realizing the elastic function of the coupling. They are generally made of specially designed synthetic rubber, such as nitrile rubber (NBR).
